Multiple options are available with regards to EWI not only will this system insulate a given property, when used with a external silicone top coat system with low maintenance properties it can seal the exterior. This process can will without doubt give your exterior a eye catching finish whilst also cutting energy costs for our clients  

When we insulate your home  we will fix a layer of insulating material to the wall using mechanical fixings and adhesive. we will then cover it with protective layers of a high quality silicone render that can be supplied in any colour required. this can also be colour matched to suit our clients needs.

What are the advantages of external wall insulation?

  • It’s less disruptive, as the installation is carried out externally – although your gas, electricity or water may have to be cut off for a while as work is being completed

  • It doesn’t reduce the size of any rooms.

  • There’s less risk of ‘cold spots’ causing condensation and mould on the inside of the walls, because the insulating material is applied continuously, without leaving any gaps.
